New Author Joins Buried Treasure Books

(PRWEB) May 10, 2008 -- In the last few years, several books have caused readers to embark on treasure hunts in search of gold or jewels, such as Michael Stadther's A Treasure Trove or The Secrets of the Alchemist Dar. But, there is yet to be a book that leads readers on a global hunt for an unknown treasure.

Throughout his own adventures, Gary Garner, world traveler and author of the Through the Eyes of Madness, has kept journals encrypted with artistic and mathematical codes that will lead readers of his new book to physical clues he has hidden on each of the seven continents.

In addition, Mr. Garner's Website-- www.ThroughtheEyesofMadness.com --contains ten cryptic stones that can be unlocked with his codes. The stones will then lead readers to unearth physical clues that point to the ultimate prize at the end of the rainbow.

"Every three years, one key will be available to the first person to crack all ten stones," says Mr. Garner. "In the end, there could be multiple key holders, and they will be offered the adventure of a lifetime and the chance to discover what I have placed just out of reach."

For the past five years, Mr. Garner has been literally homeless and jobless, and more or less without material possessions. During his expedition around the world, he experienced:

? Witnessing a brutal murder on the South China Sea

? The wrath of an angry mob in the midst of a Nepalese civil war

? His own near-death at the heights of Mt. Everest

? Being ambushed and robbed in Costa Rica by very unusual suspects

? Countless other harrowing escapes that illustrated valuable and moving life lessons

"These past few years have been so fantastical and life-altering that even I have trouble believing it," admits Mr. Garner. "But that's why I kept the journals and constructed the book in the way that I did. Now, others can share in the adventure."

Too Many Books, Supplements, and Programs
If I read 1 good valid murder mystery book, would I really want that to be the ONLY book on the subject? If my 8th grade history book was considered to be accurate by the majority would I really want to be limited to only knowing one author's thoughts on the subject? Or how about browsers and music players? Do I just want to use IE? It gets the job done well enough. So what's the difference between those analogies and fitness ebook, supplements and programs? Really there's no difference to me.
